The hotel offers great value rooms. The location is convenient and excellent, so close to ARCADA Theatre and restaurants. It's just a pleasant stroll away from Sushi Diva.

The staff was incredibly nice. I missed the free breakfast by 30 minutes and asked the attendant if I could please have a bagel and he was happy to bring out one and a package of cream cheese. He even asked if I preferred plain or raisin. :) Also, when we arrived we requested to check out an hour later, and that was fine by them.

The walls seem incredibly thin. I could hear people walking above our room (we were on the 2nd floor) and people talking down the hall. The beds are a bit too firm for my liking as well. I also had reserved a queen room 4 days in advance on Booked.net, but we were given a twin room. When I called down to the desk, the attendant said they were all booked. But I don't understand how that works since I thought when I resevered a room online I'd be guaranteed that room. It all worked out tho, he 'found' us a queen room shortly after.

The girls that cleaned the room where more than helpful. Polite, quick to help, always smiling. They greeted us as they came in to work each morning as we were having coffee.

The hotel is newly remodelled with perfectly clean areas and accommodating staff. Favourable location, 10 minutes' walk to Arcada Theater. Set near downtown, restaurants, shopping, gas/convenience stores, and banking in a peaceful area.

The whole room was great value and brand-new and had central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was comfortable and magnificent for Saint Charles, near to Restaurants, Shopping, Gas/Convenience Stores, & Banking, a bus station, and downtown. It also was close to everything.

They allowed our dog. Gave us a room with easy access to back door for dog.

The room was very dirty. The pillow had blood on it. It was so bad, that I left without spending the night there.

This place is very clean and the staff are polite and pleasant, with a lobby bar on-site making for a very enjoyable stay.
